* Whole Life, Dental and Vision claims cannot be filed online.

Our two-step verification feature provides you with extra protection online. Every time you log in to Unum, we’ll require you to confirm your identity with a passcode. In addition, a one-time prompt will ask to you to agree to our updated electronic consent (e-consent) to continue to access our site and receive documents and sensitive information electronically.

Not all COVID-19-related quarantines or absences due to work, school, or daycare closures qualify for coverage. If your absence is not due to a personal or family-related health condition, please contact your employer prior to submitting your claim/leave with Unum.
