Long Term Disability
If an illness or injury keeps you out of work for more than 14 days, this coverage will pay you a percentage of your income while you recover.
Why am I being automatically enrolled?
Because if you can't work, you still need a paycheck. Disability insurance replaces a portion of your income if an illness or injury keeps you out of work for several weeks or more away from your job.
We know how important your income is to you — so we’ve automatically enrolled you in this coverage. The cost will be conveniently included in your member dues.

You do not need to do anything! Your coverage will begin on 05/11/2019.
If you do not want coverage
You can opt out during your enrollment period - from 03/25 to 04/26.
