Forbes Names Unum Top Female-Friendly Company

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (November 2, 2021) Today, Forbes named Unum a World’s Top Female-Friendly Company. Unum has over 10,000 employees globally; 66% are working women and 20% are in management roles.

Forbes and Statista Inc., a statistics portal and industry ranking provider, asked 85,000 women to evaluate their company on sexism, supportive policies for women and balanced recruitment.
